Spacious room, balcony, kitchen and walk in wardrobe. Very helpful recepitionist (Martina). Short walk to main streets for restaurants/bars and port area for ferries to the islands. Excellent bakery opposite for sweet treats and cafe 100yds to the right for breakfast. Both with helpful English speaking staff. Also reasonably priced.

Perfect location in walking distance to beach, port, restaurants, bars, shops… Very friendly receptionists gave us some useful tips about places to go. The room was very spacious, cleaned every other day, with enough towels and good shower gels. We had a nice balcony and a kind of a walk in closet. Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Across the street is a bakery with really good Sicilian pastries. I highly recommend, good value for money for sure!

The location is great and very central, the rooms are a good size. The girl on reception was excellent and really helpful. Complimentary drinks at their sister hotel rooftop terrace was a nice start to our stay.

Clean and very well equipped room on the first floor with a nice balcoony and aircondition. Great desk service, kind and helpful staff, great position in the center of everything, discount for the dich in luxury restaurant Tentazione di Gusto.

Accommodation was very nice, had everything we required for a stay. Very close to main streets of old town palermo. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and offered to organise tours and trips for us. They let us check in early as our room was ready, and agreed to hold our bags for several hours after we checked out, as our flight wasn't till late.
